Keren Mabury I have worked as teacher assistant at a Montessori School in Franklin and my 2 oldest have gone through the Montessori program before entering 1st grade. I just love how a Montessori education fosters a life-long love of learning, not tarnished by adult expectations or judgment, but rather encourages each child to explore and learn at his/ her own pace. I look forward to being a guide in The Pasture Preschool -the first faith-based Montessori school I know! - and discovering the world together with your children in a safe and loving setting.

Frani Matthews My love for children is completely innate. I have been a Nanny for many years. I continually find sweetness in conversation with the littlest ones, knowing how important each moment is with them. The most rewarding experiences for me are the moments where I can comfort an upset child, gently giving a listening ear or hug a child to let them know they’re loved.

Stephanie Mechem I started working with children 30 years ago as a Sunday school teacher and then professionally as an Intake Coordinator for a private foster family agency. About 7 years ago it became clear to me that God was calling me to teach preschool. I had the privilege of working both as a co-teacher and lead teacher in two church-based preschools in California. I am very eager to expand my knowledge of the Montessori Method here at The Pasture Preschool and I am grateful for the opportunity God has given me to partner with you and your children in this beautiful ministry.

Meredith Roth I currently serve in the Journey Church Good Shepherd class with ages 2-3, YMCA ages 6months-6 years, and a drop in daycare for ages 15months -12 years old. My experience has taught me how to help transition a child from having mom full time to a world of independence. I love them like my own kids. My teaching philosophy is to be an extension to the children's home and support the values already set for them there.
